2 ★ Frustrated, today I tried to sign in, wouldn't accept my password. Called customer service was provided a temp password that didn't work either. Contacted customer service via chat...was told that my account was now locked for 24 hours. Told to wait 24 hours, uninstall app, reinstall app, call customer service and get a temp password and then......try again. So, I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app. We will see what happens tomorrow.

2 ★ Service is extremely slow. It's slower than my last carrier which used to slow down toward the end of the month. She removed cookies or something. I cleaned out my emails as suggested by your agent but that didn't change a thing. It's just so slow. I'm disappointed because if the hype you get. Supposed to be the highest rated.

4 ★ I love Çonsumer Cellular it is easy and very convenient to use. this is the first time I ever had trouble getting on my app. But I still enjoy all the text that I get from them.

2 ★ I was able to fix the login issue by deleting the "1" preceding the area code. Maybe, hopefully it will work for others also. It works fine when it works, which is the problem because often you simply can't log in at all using the app, while the website works fine.

3 ★ Lately the app seems to be having trouble logging in to the server at Consumer Cellular to update usage data. It keeps saying that it wasn't able to log in and is using the last data that it had from the server instead of current data. Consumer Cellular needs to have the developer fix this issue.

1 ★ I have spent half of my data allotment in the last 3 days trying to get my phone calls received and I've not been able to get any. I've tried to sign into my CC three nights in a row and I have to wait until after midnight to try it again and you have to have another phone. This is the slowest I have ever seen and I really wish I had researched more. Now I don't know what to do cuz I'm 50% down on my data and I just got this phone.

1 ★ App frequently rejects my password. Right now it's giving wildly inaccurate information. I have updated the app and restarted my phone, but that doesn't help. Apparently, many others have had similar complaints.

1 ★ I haven't been able to log in. I have uninstalled and installed it back and it's still not working. I am getting very frustrated about this situation and thinking about switching back to T-Mobile if not fixed.

2 ★ Haven't had but 1 day. On my second billing. Lots of little hangovers from before the phone was supposed to have been wiped. Programs that hadn't been loaded have just magically appeared. Tech says hang over from previous owner. Will replace soon and get a much more clear phone, a new one.

2 ★ App is good, have been using it for some time, but now have been unable to log in. If I do a Google search for the website and log in there, it works fine.

3 ★ Serviceable app, very useful for quickly processing plan changes. A data monitor feature would be nice; rejecting the password and needing to be fully re-updated in order to login: not-so-nice. 👎

1 ★ A non starter, what is the app good for? Nothing!!! Everyone has unlimited data, text so why would you need to monitor useage? You get your bill electronically. If you need help with your phone there customer service is fantastic and US based.

1 ★ Not so user-friendly. It doesn't save login credentials, requiring entering the password pretty much every time. Fingerprint not recognized either. On opening the app, a message pops up saying that CC is having technical problems, thus not able to access account information. I never know whether the app is displaying current data. The app does not meet expectations. If CC is interested, I can provide screenshots of all these issues. Just post a link to a debugging page where I can post them all.

5 ★ I've been with Consumer Cellular for many years I have just not one incident to complain about. Everything has gone smooth.

1 ★ Very very poor. Logged in, put in password but then the app just sits there. Does not respond to anything I do. As far as the phone service itself, Internet connection is extremely slow, and occasionally (1 or 2 every couple weeks) drops calls. I have been with cc for about 4 months now but I wish I had stayed with my previous service provider.
