1 ★ ngelag parah oiii , paket 30 mbps sering ny cuma dibawah 10 , sering banget 2 atau 3 mbps , jaringan di test pake speed test speedny naek turun , complain ud lama sering kejadian lg ampe males complain , ud yg mau daftar jgn mau quality ga sesuai harga , tukang bohongggg

2 ★ Sementara bintang 2 dl, aplikasi tidak bs ganti password, nyari cust id dalam aplikasi tidak ada padahal itu yg hrs nya ada, dalam aplikasi tidak dpt info apa2 ttg customer
1 ★ Gak paham lagi ini app buat apa gunanya. Tagihan bulanan aja gak up to date. Tagihan november udah dibayar, status gak berubah. Udah bulan Desember, tagihan yang muncul masih bulan November (tentu dengan status yang BELUM LUNAS)
