5 ★ Very good app. Captures all info from a cook so I can use it to improve/duplicate next time. One suggestion would be a warning if unsaved info is about to be lost, but otherwise, I love it.
5 ★ I absolutely love this app. I'm relatively new to the smoking scene, so I like to keep meticulous notes of every smoke I do. When Cave Tools app came out, I entered every smoke I had done before the app, and every smoke since. It is so helpful to look at the different variables in each session to help produce the best results possible. I consider this a must have for any newbie to the art of smoking.
2 ★ Not very intuitive. Spent all night (9 pm till 11 am) meticulously logging each action. Well, there must be a limit because I went to look at some past entries, and it wiped out all of them except for the last one. I appreciate the fact that it's free, but needs work and UAT. However, it's the closest thing to what I was looking for.
2 ★ Love the idea and the app is well organized. I would find this very useful... But Without a backup capability it's not valuable. I had numerous entries that were lost when I transitioned to a new phone. Add backup capability and this app is a winner.
4 ★ A bit clunky. App loads and performs well. Just needs some fine tuning to make more user friendly
1 ★ cannot see any of the recipees, doesn't send instructions on how to install the required app to see the recipees. Believe this is a way to get you to pay for a useless piece of garbage.
2 ★ Recipes will download but I can't open them up. They download as a .CTR file and not a PDF.
1 ★ Horrible app. Half the recipes will not save. What's the use of having a recipe sharing app if you can't save the recipes. Uninstalled!
1 ★ All the recipes I entered disappeared from the app tried to add new ones when I select save they disappeared also so the whole thing is now blank what a waste if time
2 ★ I like that I can save my cooks with lots of info. Only problem is i had to factory reset my phone and lost all my journal entries. All of them gone! Need some way to backup manually or use Google's automatic backup would be best.
5 ★ Installed this app today and it is wonderful. I can store all my recipes and keep a journal. Also it look like they have some very good products for sale that I will have to try. It is an amazing app
3 ★ In the time log, please make an option to input temperatures rather than relying on the slide bar. Slide bar is super hard to get precise.
5 ★ This app is awesome! For a newbie smoker , this is a great tool to keep track of the variable in smoking meat.
1 ★ Installed this morning, I keep getting a server error trying to setup account.
5 ★ I use this app much of the time I smoke or grill something. it's easy to use and I also like being able to check out other things on the community journal/recipes option.
