How does AMIGO work?

Download the app for free and install it, you accept the T&C, provide your preference of language, gender of the counsellor (Carer) you want, and specify the issues that you are facing from a comprehensive list including Stress, Anger, Habits, Depression, Fear, Laziness, Loneliness, Negative Thinking, Suicidal, Anxiety, Bullying, Burnout, Communication Issues, Reluctant, Insecurity, Interpersonal Conflict, Lack of Energy, Leadership Issues, Low Motivation, Motivation Avoidance, Sexual Harassment, Verbal Abuse, Workplace Aggression, Marriage Issues, Family Issues, Divorce, Financial, Freedom Limitations, Relationship Problems, Sexual Issues, Violence and Criticism.

You will then be assigned a counsellor based on your preferences, following this you can choose an appropriate plan.

You can then access the anonymous payment gateway (we do not collect your name), We use an independent 3rd party system and only record the fact that you have paid.

You will then be issued an AMIGO ID which you must save for your reference. Following this you will be connected to your carer.

Carers will be available as per their schedule which you can see before and after signing up from the carer details screen. You can then setup a session where the carer is available for a 1-1 conversation with their undivided attention through text chat, audio chat or video chat. You can send text chat messages at all other times but carers would respond within 3 hours during their working hours.

Who are our carers?

Our carers are certified and professionals who are trained and qualified. We ensure that the best carers who are passionate about providing quality care are part of our platform. Each carer has a profile with “Thumbs Ups” and a list of areas that they specialise in.

When you are assigned a carer, you can connect with them through chat immediately. You can also try a new carer if you want to, this will however be allowed only once for a subscription. We advise sticking to one carer to help yourself better by building a stronger relationship with your carer.
