Instead of connecting you to *a* clinic, Medeo connects you to *your* clinic. When you and your healthcare provider are both registered, Medeo creates a direct line of communication between you and the professionals you trust. Better relationships, more personal care.

3 ★ To simply confirm my install I had to do a password reset, otherwise it would not even confirm. I was then able to log in, set up camera and microphone etc. This is not an easy app to install. It's buggy. I sure hope it works... Edit in response to Medeo: I was not asked to do a reset, I tried that on my own in a last ditch effort to get it working.
5 ★ I recommend everybody becouse there are good
1 ★ Didn't work on Samsung phone. After pressing "Start Appointment" it goes to blank screen and nothing else happens.
1 ★ App keeps on freezing on the Medeo launch. When it opens, the Audio and Video does not work on my Samsung S20 plus.
1 ★ Tapping start appointment goes to a blank screen, app never works.
1 ★ Application crashes hard when there is ad blocking on your router. I block Google analytics normally. Pure garbage that I can't do so for my medical access.
1 ★ Sucks.. does not work. Missed appointed as I could not log in due to email or password not being recognized. I know both. Could not reset password as email was not sent. No support. Zero stars should be option.
3 ★ It's a fair app, just that I had a memory laps and couldn't remember my password, I was to recieve an email to reset it it's like I'm not even in their system even though I still get get the enicial email.
1 ★ Got a birth control prescription on here that was supposed to last a year. I had 5 months left and when I went to pick up another pack they said they couldn't give me any because the doctor I used didnt renew their license. super inconvenient and not very reliable.
1 ★ The app doesn't grab the appointment history from my account. Despite having an appointment on the day, the app shows no appoimtment. Doesn't seem to work for me.
1 ★ Very bad app. Not reliable. They shouldn't be using to for important health care information. Please take this app down. It is useless. Do not use this app and discourage your doctor and clinic not to use this useless app. You can not open your inbox and letters attached to it. This is a waste of time and effort. I would never recommend this app at all. Explore other options aside from this. This is a useless piece of app. Not thought of at all.
1 ★ what a garbage app. I can't book anything, see any appointments I've had or coming up. I have to do it all on my desktop. just absolute garbage
1 ★ NOT RELIABLE! Neither the app or the website works right now so i'm unable to read important messages from my doctor.
