My School Day 2024.1.1 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

1 ★ the user interface is garbage and the way its laid out makes everything super confusing and hard to find. i tried to use this app for my school and it actually made me question the very nature of our education system. this is useless google classroom is fine, zoom is fine, literally discord would be better than this hunk of roadkill. if im made to do e learning with this app im going to sue tge tdsb for denying me of a good education
2 ★ Yes, it notifies me about my kids' events, but WHY did they change the COLOUR of the font for the TIMES?! The purple is nearly impossible to read against the black background. Also, the interface is very illogical; hard to navigate. Overall, poorly done.
1 ★ Like others have said.. its a real mess. Lately it notifies me about the same thing all the time.. I cant manage notifications - or cant find it in that mess of an app. Also cant exit from the app properly? good concept if someone can clean it up.
5 ★ I honestly think that the other reviews are based on what they expected to find. There are a number of schools in my district that use and love this app. I will continue to use this app for the next 4 years due to how it is and the fact that it is FREE and most apps like this arent OR are free but sacrifice the main things needed. I also like how this app is add free. I would suggest alowing student channels for chatting about homework. Also Make it User-Friendly Keep up the good work!
1 ★ This app is absolutely horrible. It's hard to do anything and there is no clear way to actually learn how to do anything. I'm not sure why my school decided to use an app that has 2 stars average. And it is horrible
1 ★ Seems to lack essential features on Android including properly supporting multiple students. It's useless to me. My kids school had a version from the same developer last year that actually works, so I'll use that one.
1 ★ Absolutely terrible, total waste of my time. To the bufoon that created this app, it has a horrid, unsightly interface and completely falls short of far more superior apps already available for download. It is a sad excuse, in an attempt to copy apps already created. It brings nothing new to the student-school relationship, as my school uses powerschool, which essentially has the same interface, although powerschool also has other information. This app is completely and utterly useless.
2 ★ This app sucks. I can't do anything on it and when I try to delete an event, it doesn't work. And don't you dare tell me that my phone is the problem because I assure you it is definitely not broken.
1 ★ Continuous crashes, I uninstalled. Tha app doesn't open. I reported the error, maybe It can be fixed.
3 ★ I don't think the notifications menu works. I can receive notifications, but I can't access they when I click on notifications.
1 ★ My school actually recommended this hellscape to me, clearly underdeveloped and I can find a better app to do the same thing, buggy and slow (on my brand new tablet) confusing and definitely needs work. I'm really dissatisfied.
1 ★ This "app" is very poorly designed, so poorly designed in fact, that it was the leading cause of fatalities in the 2 world wars. I would not recommend this app to anyone, perhaps a brain dead ostrich or some obese furry could find some use in this. I would rather use the storage of your device downloading Fortnite rather than this "app". 1 star, I would gladly provide a 0 star review but that is not an option.
4 ★ The thing keeps crashing, actually trash app Update: its working now, took a week to fix though
5 ★ This was a fantastic app. I was very much in love with the school part of the app and the file part. It is a must have for any White Nationalist students looking to impose their superiority. I would install it 10 times over to have 10 times the file space. I love it.
5 ★ It is amazing, it is great for notifying of everything I need to know. Sure it takes some time to figure the layout, but other than that it is awesome.
