1 ★ What a joke of an app and company. Charges me $28 for 'event parking' automatically without notice. Then they give me a $70 ticket as there are 2 entrances to the same parking garage, which once you have entered you have full access to the whole building, and I selected the wrong area. Park on the street use payandpark app.
1 ★ This app is filled with bugs. It doesn't alert you that your parking is about to expire, as the app should do. I just got fined for being 4 minutes late back to my car because the app didn't notify me the parking was expiring, which is the sole reason I use the app, to make sure I know when my parking is expiring...
1 ★ Not surprisingly this 1 star app delivers a 1 star experience. Extending the stay is not possible anywhere on the app. Contacted their customer service and they asked me to log out, which not only meant I had to search for this seemingly easy feature which closed the chat... then I couldn't even find the logout button so my only solution was to wait until it almost expired and repay for parking. It prompted me to submit a review and clicking on the link too me to a broken page Extremely useless
1 ★ DO NOT USE THIS APP!! I wish I had read the other reviews before downloading. You do not get an option to choose how long you want to park. I was automatically charged a full day, for a trip that was only an hour long. Customer service is a joke. You are way better off just paying with your credit card at the parking lot (it's super easy to use! Way easier than this garbage app)
1 ★ Terrible app. Such a hassle. Especially if you are a tourist in Vancouver. Why not just keep machines where you can pay with cash or a card? This app asks you a million questions to get started and pay. So much for being "convenient". I agree with the low reviews here. Terrible app.
1 ★ As with many reviewers here, I was also ticketed after using this app. The app requires consent for a huge amount of personal information (a lot of irrelevant personal information like acces to contacts), does not tell you the correct parking lot you are in, and is really inconvenient. There are no signs telling you which lot you are in either. And I still got a ticket despite oaying for the maximum allowed parking (the app only gave the choice of 1 hour of parking, or 1 full day of parking.
2 ★ App is convenient, but very stupid design! Asks you to choose your stay length, and still defaults to the maximum allowed time. I required 3 hours of parking but after attempting six times to pay for only 3 hours (and repeatedly being promoted to pay for 12) I finally gave up and paid for the full hourly day rate. Also, no actual instructions on how to extend your original session which makes it VERY frustrating for an out-of-towner using the app for the first time.
1 ★ Most of the time when open the app it just stays on a title screen and won't do anything, so I have to force close and re open several times before I can use the app. I also don't like that you would assume that just because I'm using this app that I would like to rate it 5 stars as the pop-up in app suggests. Would not recommend, unfortunately not much choice as I have to use a easy park garage for work.
1 ★ Dumb app and even dumber company. There were two different lot codes in the same location and it was not clear which lot you were in as there no lot codes were displayed ANYWHERE. The App showed the lot I was supposed to choose was a lot further away. i ended up choosing the wrong lot and was ticketed. I appealled with the proof of purchase and the violation was cancelled. I was told to choose the correct lot next time. Maybe if they displayed the lot numbers you dont have review these appeals!
1 ★ Having to wake up at 6am just to pay for more parking is not what i would consider convenient. Why can't I pay for more time if i already know I'm spending the night downtown? Nor is the fact the app charges you for the maximum amount of time for the day regardless of what you actually need. On top of that you have to pay a "convenience" fee for using an app they force you to download to use their facilities.
2 ★ I hope the developers of this app see the numerous 1 and 2 star reviews and make some quick changes. Although the last update was 8 months ago so maybe not likely. 1) Figuring out what lot you're in isn't always easy which should be #1. The app mostly goes by address and a lot # which isn't anywhere to be seen onsite. 2) for an all day lot there isn't an option to extend parking after 2 hrs which is shocking, given a customer wants to spend more money yet the app won't let you.
1 ★ This app is stealing time and money. Always starts with at least 30sec to 2 minutes less than purchased time. Also sneaks in 20c fee. Default option is to pay for the whole day. Not for an hour. The UI is bad and not intuitive. Just a very bad experience overall.
1 ★ PayPal option stopped working months back, app fails on a regular basis. I got a ticket while trying to fix the problem. Chat doesn't seem to work either. Waiting for a response from EasyPark... I won't hold my breath and I won't use their facilities either.

1 ★ This company easypark is excellent example of a company scamming people. They intentionally do things so like this app and you get error than they give you ticket so they can make more money of people. Never pay there tickets they can not sue you or take legal action just do not lark in there lots. Avoid them. They using covid 19 as excuse to not have phone line where you can call.Called several times on hold hour or two and then call ended. I talked to a lawyer regarding class action law suit.
