Dialogue is the largest virtual healthcare clinic in Canada that gives you and your family access to healthcare professionals for non-urgent medical issues and health concerns. Consult our team of licensed doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and healthcare professionals by chat, audio or video at home, at the office or on-the-go. You can also renew prescriptions with free home delivery, and get referrals for medical specialists, lab tests, and more.

3 ★ 500 words is not enough to rant about Kelly Anderson. She was late for the appointment. She was unprofessionally slouched on her couch. She was a second opinion from the last practitioner so she went straight in to belittling the last referral I got. She had the facial expressions of a mean girl in high school and the drawled out winey voice to go with it of someone who believes they are right and you are wrong. Never want to speak with her again. She is rude and needs to find a new profession.
2 ★ Mostly useless and a waste a time during covid since they cannot book appointment to clinic and you still have to go through 811.
5 ★ Easy to use and great service
1 ★ Amazing first experience. Then absolutely 100% useless the last two times I tried to use it. Not only was the person a bit rude, she was also unfamiliar with specialists in Ontario, citing Chiropodist's are in the UK. Do not waste your time or money.
5 ★ Great and useful service. I have used the service a few times and always got appointments and help I need quickly, sometimes in just minutes. Video consultations are excellent in quality and efficiency.
5 ★ I have used dialogue twice so far. I am new to Canada so I am still navigating the medical system. Each time the nurses at dialogue have taken this complex mess that is me and helped me get to where I need to be. In my case the ER. You see sometimes I just don't know what to do for the best. They have been kind, professional, caring, calming and always check up to see if you are alright. I am so glad I found this service
4 ★ I was doubtful at the beginning but wow the service is great. The application is easy to use. I had no issues connecting and getting the help I needed for my health issues. There is, however a bug in the app. Despite activating notifications for it on my phone, it is not notifying me whenever I get sent a chat message. I keep missing messages for booking my appointments. I think the app would deserve a 5* review if this could be fixed.
5 ★ So far so good! Signed up and had my first appointment within a few hours. Needed a referral to a specialist and was kept in the loop by the care manager. After moving provinces a few months ago and not able to find a family doctor in my area this has been a great tool! Looking forward to using the service in the future!!!!
5 ★ My first experience has been wonderful. I don't typically use these kinds of apps to begin with.but I am glad I was able to access this app. Flexible with appointments and understand and respectful individuals who don't hesitate to help.

1 ★ Doctor or nurse I spoke too was rude and no help. All they do is direct you to outpatients where I would have to wait 6 hours. I know I already did it. What is the point of app if everything you discuss with them, they tell you to go to outpatients.
