1 ★ If I could give no stars I would. This is the most unreliable streaming service I've ever used. Have to log in again after closing down app or turning off tv. Most shows during the first set of commercials the app freezes. Closing down the app doesn't help because the show freezes in the same place everytime. With the app being free I guess you get what you pay for.

2 ★ Everytime I watch something I have this app crash, multiple times. Sometimes it just gives a "connection has been lost" type thing and you can just hit okay and it'll start playing again (definitly not a connectivity problem on my end as all other apps on my chromecast work fine). It will also sometimes just crash entirely and boot you back to the select profile screen. Both always happen whenever the ads pop in, no other times.

1 ★ Worst app ever! In this day and age of technology and all the apps out there, this one is garbage. The glitches, green loading circles, the repeat loading of ads, etc can't even get through one hour long show. Ridiculous!

1 ★ This app is still garbage. I should point out that my issues are not with live TV. Live TV seems just fine. It is definitely a problem with on-demand. I don't watch much live, so I watch later on demand when I have the time. That is when the commercial breaks are glitchy as can be. Green spinning circle, blank screen, have to reload 2 or 3 times in a 1 hour show. There are so many good shows on this app but yet it's almost impossible to enjoy, thanks to all the glitches. Be better, CTV! PLEASE

1 ★ Very excited to be able to watch some great show with this app, but not working right. Soooo frustrating to try watching a show! More time spent watching ads that glitch and repeat continuously than watching the show. When I have to restart due to the continuous glitching, it starts at the beginning again - total waste of time. I have tried 4 times to watch a single show and still haven't been able to finish it - giving up and moving on to an app that actually works.

2 ★ The app for the past month or more has not been showing my local news. I live in Ottawa and keep getting news from Toronto or Montreal. The same thing is happening with the CTV app on Amazon firestick. Need to get this issue fixed asap. 11/06 - The app still flip flops from the Ottawa feed one day to Toronto the next and being from Ottawa, I couldn't care less about Toronto news and programming. Please get this fixed immediately. It's getting very frustrating.

1 ★ The. Mobile app simply doesnt work and hast for quite some time, along with the CTV Sci-Fi app. Just a blank screen with a CTV header

2 ★ Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling after a while of having it on my device. Just get a blank screen with nothing loading. Ive had to do this 4 times now.

2 ★ The CTV live icon on this app no longer works. When you try to select an on air show, the whole thing just freezes.

2 ★ Freezes every time the Mazda commercial plays. So frustrating cause I have to stop casting, start casting, find the show again, and find the spot in the show, since the app doesn't always save the spot - especially after freezing. This happens 2-3 times per 45min episode.

1 ★ Worst app experience I've ever had. Video constantly drops you constantly have to refresh the page and you're stuck watching their ads over and over and over until you actually succeed in loading the news. Just probably another way for them to make money.

3 ★ Slow streams. App is great, the streaming service is terribly slow consistently. Whereas all my other apps stream smooth. You just have to get used to constant stoppage. If you can stomach it, it's a fantastic app.

1 ★ It used to be great. I could watch all my subscribed channels and watch on Chromecast. A few months ago I lost the non main channels like drama or comedy and most resently the main ctv Saskatoon and ctv 2 don't even show up in the list. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. I talked to Shaw and because the channels are on my tv box and the ignite app it must be a ctv issue. I've emailed CTV multiple time and zero reply so I quit using the app and only use the shaw/Rogers app now.

1 ★ The app for the chromecast is broken. Doesn't show all available channels for live TV and the buffering is horrible. The app for Android is also broken. I try to cast to my TV but it backs out every time instead of playing the show.

1 ★ The ads are frustrating. You close app part way into show and have to watch 4 commercials to start again only to watch show a minute of the show and you have 4 more scheduled ads. You can leave the app without going through commercial after commercial.
