1 ★ The last 3 months the app will not "remember me" so that it stays logged in, allowing you to close it & come back to the app & control your thermostat w/out having to login again. The login time is extremely slow & the app actions are slow as well. It was never a perfect app to begin with, but it was at least functional. Easier now to walk up or down the 2 flights of stairs to get to the thermo in the central hallway and adjust it manually! Just what I wanted w/my new $12k Bryant HVAC! 🤬

1 ★ Last updated August 2017! And it does not allow me to stay logged in. It's easier to walk to the thermostat than log in every time even if I select the checkmark to stay logged in. It's been several weeks with no success to stay logged in. Given that plus this app hasn't been updated since 2017 tells me Bryant does not intend to maintain this app. If nothing else that should raise major red flags regarding keeping our WiFi network secure. I am uninstalling it. I'll use the Alexa app.

2 ★ Constantly logs me out after each use. This is something relatively new and is very annoying. Even uninstalling and then installing the app. has not helped. Very frustrating. I cannot recommend this thermostat in good conscience or it is the fault of the app and the developers have not made an attempt to correct it.

1 ★ They have pretty much abandoned the app and the web site. Basically, all the stuff that made me choose this thermostat vs. a Nest has evaporated. Take the money and run, apparently, which doesn't inspire confidence in the new HVAC system from Bryant that I had installed along with this thermostat. Bryant - fix your app. It's bugg-y as hell and now it won't stay signed in since I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 +.

2 ★ Recently I have to login every time I use it on my Android phone. It was working great for about 2 years but since it hasn't been upgraded I don't know what's going on. It appears other reviews and users are having the same problem. Although, I can log on to it with my Android pad automatically.

1 ★ Not only will it not remember my credentials in order to login, when I put my credentials in it won't even accept them. I can reset the password on the Bryant website & see my thermostats settings there but it still won't login to the app. The app is now useless as I can't perform any functions with it.

1 ★ Like everyone else, I have to log in every single time I open the app, regardless of my info being saved. It's extremely annoying. This is by far the worst app I've ever had. I'm actually shopping around for a new thermostat because this app is so awful.

1 ★ Logs me out constantly, even with the switch on the bottom toggled. Also the fact that the app is a forced horizontal view is obnoxious. I love my furnace and I love the idea of this app. I would love a solution to these issues.

1 ★ Needs to be reworked. No longer keeps user logged in, only displays in landscape layout and not easy to use/navigate through the features.

1 ★ I RARELY review an app but this one is so bad.... Pretty much what everyone is saying. This app will NOT remember your credentials, even when you have selected for it to do so. It is so S L O W as well. I would think that Bryant could look into the matter and fix the problem, but they do not. I would recommend that you consider another thermostat for your HVAC unit, if you want to be able to control it with your phone and remotely. There are certainly many thermostats on the market that will offer you better functionality with their app. Shame on you Bryant for having such bad problems and not addressing them. This certainly represents your corporation in a poor fashion!

1 ★ Probably the worst app I've ever used. You got to go through long painful login each time you use it. To bad it works good after login but what's the point... I can just get up walk to the other end of the house to the thermostat quicker than login...

1 ★ Just had my thermostat installed 2 days ago, tried registering and the app doesn't let you scroll down at a section to see what you're agreeing to, then starts asking about the square footage of your house and other things I didn't know at the time, so I backed out, went back in and it let me see my thermostat but wouldn't let me change anything. Now when I go to login, it just sits on the page thinking and doesn't log me in, whether I'm in wifi right next to the thermostat or not. Frustrating.

1 ★ If I could score lower than 1 would, same complaint as others, it used to be a 5 but now every time I go to use the app it's logged out, you think somebody at Bryant would want to sell some more of these and fix this problem. Come on y'all made the app now fix it, please.

1 ★ this app never stays connected to internet so I can control my thermostat. over the past year, I've had to constantly log in to control my thermostat, now I finally can't log in anymore at all. Says it can't connect to internet. All my devices in my house are connected to internet so why cant this one app recognize that and work for me? I'm so disappointed. Now I cannot login at all. Says my password is incorrect. Not true. For the pretty price I paid to enjoy this feature this is a let down.

5 ★ Login issue is fixed. This app works flawlessly for me. Thank you!
