1 ★ App doesnt work half the time. Gives incorrect details of bus timings, thats if it is even working. When I emailed them about this, they said I was wrong without any further information/investigation. Very poor customer service. You are paying so much for a poor service.
1 ★ No use. Can't display timetables within app (links to website) promises info on how many people are on board each bus, never has this info. Literally no point in using, may as well access the website. Doesn't help that stops have one name on the map and a different name on the timetable. Be consistent!
1 ★ Like what everyone has said this app is completely useless, doesn't load up your ticket half the time and you end up wasting peoples time or buying another ticket. It's almost like the prices you pay is not enough that they have to charge you double for the journey. Absolute disgrace.
1 ★ Worst ever app. Never follows schedule given in app. Bus service also is so limited and has a bus every 1 hr! Ridiculous.
1 ★ Account details from previous app don't work on this one. Literally just bought a monthly ticket from the old app and tried to use it on a bus when I was rudely told to get the new app, had no emails come through about this change. Can't do anything and can't get old tickets on this app. Wasted £50 clearly.
1 ★ Having to show my proof of purchase email of over £70 for a month ticket only bought yesterday. No news on a new mobile app. Literally only just found out because I came to finally write an bad review, so I stopped, installed the new app. Lo and behold my old account is now useless. This company had no qualms letting their customers still purchase tickets on their old app without letting them know their tickets would soon become unavailable. Customer support is practically non-existent too.
1 ★ Used this app for university, I had the old app with money still left on the account. Old app wouldn't let me access the account, forced me to download the new app. Customer service is really bad they don't reply.
1 ★ Unable to plan or purchase tickets for route 614, as route is not in app!! And no one answers Uno phone. Will be using less suitable route instead... Saying NO to Uno from now on!
