With bubble, Dan and Via created an on-demand, shared ride service that picks up multiple passengers heading in the same direction, keeping rides affordable and little more than the cost of public transit!

Set your pickup and drop off to request a ride. We’ll match you with a bubble driver headed your way. Via’s smart pickup coordination will direct you to a nearby bus stop to meet your driver, so your bubble and its passengers never have to go out of their way. We pool riders into the same van efficiently and without delays, keeping our price point affordable for everyone.

2 ★ Cute idea but it's unreliable. There's never a Bubble when you need it and if there is one, you have to wait 20 minutes or more. And if you get one, the drivers are not very nice.
1 ★ Withy over focus on branding, bubble forgets to do the right thing when it comes to he basic - reasonable rerouting fairs, and terrible customer service followup.
1 ★ Hey people, why does your app notify me it doesn't work on weekend after I select departure and destination points and not before??
5 ★ Extraordinary efficient experience, in excellent taxi buses with super friendly drivers.
1 ★ When you try to book 40 minutes before you actually need to go, it suggests a pick up for the next 15 min. When you try to book 15 min before you need to go out it suggest to pick you up in 30 minutes. And you cant book in advance. This service is useless. Uninstalled
1 ★ Unfortunately This app doesn't work in my new phone motog power 2021. two months now passed and still the issue is not resolved!
3 ★ Overall it works ok. However every time there is a drope of rain, the service is impossible to reach. If you have a problem and need immediate help, there is no one to talk to. No phone number or instent message service. Once I booked a ride and waited over an hour till I gave up and cancelled it. Only afte more than half an hour they sent me a message that the ride is free. I couldn't cancel it before becuase it would cost me money and couldn't talk to anyone to check if maybe the bus is stuck.
5 ★ Best transporting service in Israel - Faster, cleaner and nicer than normal public busses and sometimes even cheaper! Costumer service is great, everything is great. Easy S tier.
1 ★ I ordered the service, the driver hadn't moved for a long time, I cancelled and retried. After I noticed that it's still stuck I cancelled once again. I emailed the support. Instead of giving me a refund for the cancellation, they explained why they are right. BTW, I got late to my meeting because of them. If you want a stable service, bubble Dan is *NOT* recommended!
1 ★ Can I rate 0 stars??? Terrible experience. Waited for 22 minutes (eta was 7 min). The eta kept changing and after 22 min my bubble didn't even stop! It just kept going. No one ever calls or writes back to customer complaints. There is no number to contact and if you cancel the ride you get fined half the cost of the ride.
2 ★ Sadly it's not what it claimed and will need major change to last. You can't accurately locate the routes offered on the map, as these change according to selected areas determined by other passengers. The stop you're at may not be on an available route and there's not enough time to make it to the suggested stop. Only seconds given or you incur a cancellation fee. Yoi then start againwith the same uncertainty. Nic see idea but a flawed and unreliable system.
1 ★ I requested Bubble that will appears in the station were I was waiting for 3 minutes.When I accept the ride, suddenly appears on another station in around 10 minutes walking and the Bubble will be there in 2 minutes. Immediately I request cancellation but for the nearest time that had to the bubble for station(the far station that in first instance was not the original proposal) the cancellation had a cost of 7.5 shekels.When I wrote a complaint, only received an automatic message.Bad support
5 ★ So far, so good. The app is comfortable and the rides are usually fast. I would add a way to see your estimated time and course while the car is on its way plus how many pick ups will be on the road ahead so people can think to themselves if this ride is better for them at the moment.
5 ★ A great new service. App is easy to use & you're charged only for your rides, don't ecen have to enter a credit card for basic registration. Comfortable vans that use the bus lanes for quicker rides. I really hope it takes off and more vans will be added to cover a larger service area.
1 ★ Bad experience, minimum effort to improve, and rides are never available.
