1 ★ The store is wonderful. The app and website are terrible. The app is always very glitchy and never accepts my password. The website I've had problems with it saving my order, I had over 50 items in my cart but when I went to check out it showed no items in my cart. I had to go back and put everything in my cart again. It also has me log in multiple times during the same session. Huge waste of time. I shop online to save time not waste time. Please fix your app and website.
2 ★ I love the IDEA of this app but I have a lot of trouble. It crashes every time I want to remove checked items. It sometimes hangs up on launch and if I add something to a shopping list, it will appear as a duplicate of something already on the list. I can usually get the duplicate to resolve if I open and close the app a few times. I also find it harder to add items than in an earlier version.
1 ★ I love the store in NSL but the application is poor in comparison. The application rarely displays the actual items available. The sales are nearly impossible to shop for, it's a mess. My recommendation, is pay an actual web designer to work on the application. I'm about to start shopping at Walmart instead.
3 ★ I like the idea of the app, but whenever I click on the weekly ad (which is the main reason I have it), the app shuts down. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix it. I have reported the issue a couple times, but a month or so has gone by since then and nothing has changed. I ended up uninstalling it.
2 ★ This is just a Lee's only web browser from what I can tell. And even at that it's not a good one. Any attempts to access prescription information leads to an error box. I asked their support team about it who were initially very nice and responsive and then proceeded to disappear and never respond. Real helpful. Long story short, just use a browser. The current app is just a waste of space. Love Lee's-- even worked there briefly-- but this is down right disappointing.
1 ★ Set up account. When i tried to log in kept getting an error. Total waste of time.
4 ★ It's nice to have the app, however I would give 5 stars if it had the same information as the website does. I would like to be able to see my receipts in the app. I realize it is new and a work in progress but that would be an appreciated feature.
4 ★ Update: They've corrected the issue so I'm seeing my own receipts. App is showing me someone else's receipts. App shows all of my contact info, noone else's. Lee's confirms that my account doesn't show those receipts on their end. Uninstalled & reinstalled the app but it still shows wrong receipts.
5 ★ The digital coupons are the best! I'm terrible at coupon cutting, so this makes life easy. I also appreciate the current ads. I shop online sometimes and that is so smooth.
1 ★ This app is not up and running the way it is intended and you cannot update it by deleting and trying to reenter your information basically it's just there in your phone taking up space. Oh and NO ONE at the stores are any help nor do they get back to you as promised
3 ★ Good idea, but it crashes so frequently that I can't see my reward points.
1 ★ App keeps crashing. When it does actually work, it won't let me load any of the digital coupons to my account.
3 ★ The app is great. But online shopping with Lee's, is not. They can't get my order right. They have messed up quite a bit.
5 ★ easy to use and nice to have all the info/deals I need in one place.
2 ★ Worked for about an hour but the app crashes everytime I open it.
