Description
The HapVida | Viver Well program makes your cell phone an important ally in the treatment of diabetes, allowing the registration of blood glucose, feeding and automated calculation of doses from your prescription.
Main functionalities:
- Graph of glycemia
- Blood Glucose Diary
- Food Journal
- Carbohydrate counting
- Calculation of insulin dose correction bolus (carbohydrate)
- Calculation of insulin bolus dose of fat
- Nutritional table of more than 1,500 foods
- Hypoglycaemia alert
Step by step to use:
1º Make the registration and transcribe your prescription
2nd Sign in to the app to start posting your treatment data
3rd Report your blood glucose, that the app calculates the correction dose (if needed)
4th Report each of the foods to be consumed, which the app calculates the required bolus dose.
5th Report the reports to your medical team.
In addition to participating in the daily lives of those with diabetes and their caregivers, it connects with the medical staff in real time through an electronic medical record on the web, allowing for more informed decisions for the treatment of diabetes.
