The application helps residents of neighborhoods in the city of São Paulo who are clients of the ASTER personal security service to make assisted arrival / departure calls, view cameras and access useful phones, making neighborhood surveillance more intelligent, convenient and agile.

Assisted Entry and Exit
It allows the customer to activate the patrol vehicle closest to his residence so that it can follow the movement of entry and / or exit. See the step by step:
Resident records the request
To register a request, the resident informs whether the request is for him or for a third party. Then, confirm the address from where it is located so that the nearest vehicle will meet. The resident must be within the perimeter of the neighborhood.
Car confirms service
Upon receiving the request, the vehicle closest to the location confirms or refuses the service (if it is busy with another task). If this happens, the service is automatically directed to the next guard.
Service confirmed
The resident is notified and can follow the position of the round on the map until he arrives at his place and also exchange messages with the guard.
Ending service
Similar to hitchhiking apps, the caretaker ends the call on the app and the resident evaluates the service received with grades from 1 to 5 stars.
To ensure greater security, the ASTER supervisor can view the calls, monitor the status of the service and its time. All done from the ASTER administrative center or the local unit (guardhouse).

Useful Telephones and Attendants
In this area, the resident can make a telephone call with pre-registered emergency numbers (police, fire, rescue, etc.) and also direct contact with an ASTER attendant.

Cameras
Residents have real-time access to the cameras connected to the account. Using integration with cloud image storage service, he views the list of available cameras, the map with the location of all of them and can view individual images or in gallery format - forming a grid with up to 6 selected cameras. The resident can also customize the cameras he wants to see, creating favorite lists and ordering the sequence.
