1 ★ Worthless, can't pair with Alexia. Overpaid and the support is even worse
1 ★ First - app fails to actually communicate with the hub it just paired. It successfully gets the hub on the network (it gets an IP, can be pinged from other devices) but after "pairing successfully" the app crashes and re-launching it just goes back to user and device setup. Second: There is no reason why this app should require/query my location at all times, nor a need to have access to all storage/media on my device, yet it will not run without these permissions.
1 ★ DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN THIS SYSTEM. After purchasing $8000 in shades I have come to learn that the system DOES NOT work with Google assistant or home, and many of my shades don't respond to the app. Phone support and even the installer I paid for is not at all familiar with setup.
