2 ★ Estive ontem no presente shopping, fiz o pagamento pelo app, 5 min depois fui tentar sair pela cancela mas sem sucesso, o sistema acusava que eu ainda não havia efetuado pagamento. Voltei scanner meu ticket o qual constava pago. Tive todo o constrangimento de sair da cancela e ir ao guiche, no qual constava que não havia pago.
1 ★ Até antes da pandemia funcionava perfeitamente. Agora, não sei se por causa de alguma atualização, o aplicativo não consegue "encontrar" o ticket de estacionamento, ou seja, não consigo usar o app e tenho que pagar aquele preço absurdo por hora.
