Radio Mirador, first river-Sulense radio station and one of the first in Santa Catarina, was founded in March 13, 1947 by broadcaster Victor Pellizzetti.

Always focused on the entertainment and the formation of the community, the station began operations in Rua XV de Novembro, with a 100 watt transmitter in the frequency of 1550 KHz.
