5 ★ Disparado o melhor programa do tipo. Poderia ser ainda melhor, mas acredito que estão trabalhando para isso. Por exemplo, falta muito tipo de biscoito e salagado. Não tem joelho, por exemplo. Ah, e seria bom ter uma versão paga ou para doação, pq eles merecem.

5 ★ O app é bastante intuitivo e fácil de usar. Já que não precisa de conexão, fica melhor ainda. Ajuda no acompanhamento diário e semanal da alimentação, infomando o quanto vc deve comer para cada refeição de acordo com seus dados, além de dar informações detalhadas sobre o quanto vc já comeu, como açúcar e carboidratos.
5 ★ Muito útil mesmo pra quem quer fazer regime de uma forma saudável. A única sugestão q eu daria é de ter uma lista de alimentos favoritos para facilitar a inclusão...
2 ★ App bem desenhada, com funções que seriam úteis, mas com entrada de dados trabalhosa e lotada de fast food, e um paradigma nutricional ultrapassado - a gordura atribuída aos alimentos preparados, já computada no total, é absurda e resulta em que vc tem que evitar qualquer forma de gordura adicionada, mesmo de excelente qualidade. Siga se quiser envelhecer como uma passinha de uva, com problemas endócrinos e de memória.
