1 ★ Fiz uma assinatura de teste tem algum tempo. Semanas atrás, antes da cobrança renovar, não constava que minha conta ainda possuía a assinatura em nenhum lugar, ou sequer consegui achar onde cancelar. Com isso, assumi que a conta não tinha mais a assinatura. Agora, recebi uma cobrança por um serviço que não usei. Não consigo nem logar a minha conta no aplicativo para tentar resolver. Espero que o valor seja estornado.
1 ★ Péssimo aplicativo. Frequentemente "voa" e muitas vezes acusa falha dw conexão quando o sinal do wifi está ótimo. A leitura offline de edições já baixadas não funciona corretamente.
1 ★ Não consigo logar pela conta Google e tá dizendo que não é confiável pra permitir acesso ao Google senhas
2 ★ Sistema de login pífio e app com propagandas que atrapalham a leitura mesmo pagando assinatura!
2 ★ Em 09/10/2020 - dando problemas de acesso, recusa-se a me logar no app, quando loga diz que não tenho acesso à edição digital do jornal, mesmo estando com o pagamento em dia. Às vezes funciona mas, na maioria das vezes não dá acesso. Só consigo logar quando aparece a opção de aceitar os cookies. Em 2017: Continua instável; perdeu meu login e não reconhece minha conta, mesmo a assinatura estando paga pontualmente. Melhorou durante algum tempo, mas voltou a dar problemas.
1 ★ É extremamente frustrante clicar numa notificação para ler uma matéria e se deparar com a tela de login. TODA. VEZ. O aplicativo só registra o seu login durante cada acesso, se sair dele e clicar em outra notificação em seguida, tem que logar novamente. Na verdade, não é nem frustrante, é irritante mesmo uma vez que o serviço de assinatura é PAGO. Sinceramente, falta muito pouco para eu cancelar a assinatura por conta disso.
1 ★ É inaceitável ser obrigado a fazer login toda vez que abro o app. O celular é um equipamento pessoal, individual. Se eu fizer login uma vez deveria ficar logado para sempre. Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, Uber, 99, funcionam assim.
4 ★ Mto bom porém podia ser mais rápido. App bem lento.
5 ★ Sem problemas, consigo ler e atualizar as notícias rapidamente.

1 ★ Nao consigo nem acessar apesar de ser assinante. Reclamei, ai funcionou uma vez e depois voktou o mesmo problema...
2 ★ Assino pelo Google Play e praticamente TODA vez que entro em uma matéria nova, tenho que fazer o login. Na página de login, a primeira tentativa nunca conta e sempre tenho que inserir os dados pela 2ª vez. Resumindo: a cada matéria, preciso fazer login duas vezes.
4 ★ Só não dei 5 estrelas porque ele não sincroniza as matérias salvas com outros aparelhos. Exemplo, uso o app também no iPad, mas quando marco uma matéria no celular ela não aparece marcada no iPad. As marcações não são sincronizadas, tenho que verificar manualmente. Poderiam melhorar isto. Lembrando que uso a mesma conta em ambos os aparelhos!
