Description
The D & S application is a dedicated solution for condominiums who hire the Remote Concierge service with D & S and seeking to optimize safety, streamline visitor access, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the access control system of the condominium made by D & S.
You can receive various alerts and messages such as:
- The battery in your remote control is low.
- liquidator messages, janitor and porter.
You can also consult:
- entry and exit Query. Ex: Know what time his son came home from school.
- Reports of visitors and visits
- Reports of internal events
- Opening events (Suggestion, complaint, etc.)
- areas Reservations (BBQ, party hall, etc. (If you have enabled your condo)
