Rádio Cultura de Cássia was founded 70 years ago, before belonging to a private group and, as of the date of 60, was acquired by Cássia City Hall, located in the Sudoeste Mineiro. Radio operated on AM frequency until September 7, 2018 and migrated to FM that same day, operating at the frequency of 88.5. Culture FM 88.5 has a diverse presentation that has public utility, culture, leisure, entertainment, news and everything that happens in the world, in Brazil and in the city, as well as a lot of good music. One of FM 88.5's distinctive features is the maintenance of the roots mixed with the new one. For example, the extinct Radio Cultura has maintained, for more than 50 years, the auditorium program, broadcast live on one Sunday of each month, Domingo Alegre.
