Business Association Maracaju is a representative body of enterprise-class Maracaju.

With over forty years of history, it has in its largely associated framework of existing businesses in the city, contributing daily to their success and growth.

Four decades of work and unity, first as Commercial, Agropastoril and Industrial Maracaju, then with the current name, but always with the ultimate goal of providing the strengthening of the commercial sector, providing with that better working conditions and gain also to commerce.

Founded in 1976 with the mission and philosophy of always act grounded in ethical principles and anxious to meet with careful competence needs of each of its members through the institutional representation and the provision of services, to be the voice, the support, facilitator and change agent, which creates a favorable environment for the development of those who pilots the locomotive of the economy: the entrepreneur.

The Assema as representative entity class has no lucrative purpose, for it can offer to its members a number of benefits created conditions and formats specifically to meet all the segments that make up the business class, that is, from the micro individual entrepreneur, passing through the medium up to large enterprises established in the municipality and associated with our organization.

They are 40 years with the certainty that Assema continues to strongly influence with the public bodies of the three spheres, reason that is always at the forefront in when it comes to defending the interests of its members.

Serve every day better to its members is the challenge that has been faced by Assema over its 40 years of existence. Look at everything, in every way, see opportunities, advance improvements for businesses and for people, so that there is harmony and can build a more just and democratic society.

40 years ago, when Maracaju crawled towards development, the Assema was created with the objective of bringing together, defend and represent the interests of free enterprise, striving to strengthen the represented class;

- Assist the associates in all their common interests in order to enable them better protection and technical value of its products and services;

- Collaborate with government agencies in the development, deployment, protection and implementation of programs related to the economic and technological development of Maracaju and the region, especially when related to infrastructure activities, and advise them in the study of related issues and problems business class;

- Organize conferences, lectures and exhibitions on the associated interest issues;

- Protecting the legitimate interests of the business class in general and its members;

- promote the dissemination of the social function of business organizations and their mission of relevant Community interest;

- Cooperate with the authorities, as it relates to economic policy and the interests of business activity;

- To represent its members, and out of court on common interests, using procedural and constitutional institutions ensured, including collective security mandate, regardless of General Assembly convocation.
