The V Symposium of History of Maranhão Eight is an accomplishment of the Nucleus of Studies of Maranhão Eight (NEMO), based in the State University of Maranhão, that maintains partnerships with professors of diverse national and foreign HEIs. With the theme Religion, Culture and Power, the event reaches its fifth edition, with the maintenance of conference structure, round tables, thematic symposiums and book launch. As in the previous editions, we reiterate our commitment to bring together researchers of recognized importance in the theme proposed by the event, in the case of speakers from. , UPE, UFG and UFPI, and researchers from UEMA, UFMA and IFMA.
