Description
This APP was designed by MY LIFE WITHOUT project aiming to help celiacs to have a better quality of life. Here we will bring information about celiac disease, health tips, appointment of staff, where to dining and shopping, associations, courses, events and tasty recipes, tested and approved by Chef Gluten Free Sandra Freitas and the Nutri Leticia Lucero.

With a search practices and fast on the map you'll find out what the bakery, nearest factory or distributor to purchase their products, including plot routes by Google Maps.

We are seeking the best brands.

Weekly divided into sweet recipes will be added, snacks, drinks, and breads all tested.
- Tips and Health
Here you will find tips from diagnosis of the disease to the best ways to live with the food restriction.
-Professionals
The category is divided into Nutritionist, Gastroenterologist, Laboratories, psychologists and dermatologists.
-Associações
We are looking at all the associations, support groups, etc ... that can help the good life of celiac or person with food restriction. Will be available here.
-Events and Course
The My Life without is the project founder offers classroom and online course which will be disclosed herein. In addition to conferences, trade shows, cookery courses involving power and use of products gluten free, lacfree, etc ...
