Marathon Reading - 24 Hours to read dedicated to Nuno Alvares Pereira

Valter Hugo Mother, Miguel Real, Jaime Nogueira Pinto, Aires do Nascimento and José Eduardo Franco are some of the writers guests of this event, scheduled for July 1

The 6th edition of the Marathon of Reading - 24 Hours to Read will be dedicated to Nuno Alvares Pereira, the military hero who played a key role in the history of Portugal and was canonized after his death as Saint Nuno de Santa Maria.
The Marathon of Reading - 24 Hours to Read is "one of the most important cultural contests of the country's central region and has contributed to affirm the Serta the county as polo dynamic demonstrations of this type, showing the country that the Interior culture also happens "stressed Cláudia André, councilor of the Municipality of Serta, which is responsible for this initiative.

It is also confirmed the presence of several storytellers: Rodolfo Castro, Jorge Serafim, Clara Haddad, Elsa Serra, Ana Sofia Paiva, Bru Sedge, Luís Carmelo Filipe Lopes, Silvia and Mauricio Alves Leite.
Similar to what has happened in previous years, the Reading Marathon - 24 Hours to Read will feature an extensive program of parallel activities, some of which take place in unexpected places, like chapels, churches, castles, workshops, boats and even along an ancient bridge.
In parallel activities program, count up the number of literary meetings with writers present a reading show with bold production, the premiere of a play and display of various films depicting the Nuno Alvares Pereira.
