App permissions

BoomTown Now 5.39.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

4 ★ Great on the go app! But it seems to have some bugs such as when after making a call it stops working and have to wait until I can use the app again

5 ★ I wish the clients named showed up on my phone when calling my BT number, but overall, the app is great!

2 ★ I've been having issues with texts switching from coming from the same # to every text coming from a different #. Now I'm not getting texts at all! Not good. Also, the email comes in, I get on the site and it says the person was on a hour ago...not good! I also can't acces everything that I can from my computer. Not happy with it right now.

5 ★ It's by no means the affordable option, but if you want to stay on top of your leads there isn't a better option! With daily insights you will see what leads have been back to your sight, what they looked at, whether they calculated a mortgage and how many times they viewed a home. CRM is great! Concierge will set appointments for you. You will close more deals on leads you dropped because they aren't buying today! Easy to post ads from! Admin is great!

1 ★ Leads don't appear in order. Low functioning, requires use of another app to accurately log contact, have to toggle often which is inconvenient and overwhelming when I'm busy. I dislike contacting clients through a Boomtown number. I feel it's more personable to have my clients saving and communicating through my personal number. Personal preference maybe.

4 ★ Love the app. Not sure if it is just my phone or all androids but it seems to take a while for the app to load when opening it up. Causes me to miss out on several shark tank opportunities. Other than that it is easy to use and allows for me to do followups all times of the day.

1 ★ I'm having issues with my app on my android. it ised to record automatic the conversation now for last months i have to manually open the lead to record conversation. also when i click the BT icon on my phine it opens my cell phone command...ive reported thia and was told that it was due to an update...but still not working as before.

3 ★ Great for on the go notes and info reference. There are a few challenges with the android version: not able to create or edit e-alerts is the biggest issue for me, also cannot view links through emails. All in all a great tool to keep organized while out in the field!

4 ★ Still in the beginning phase of learning this system. I do like it better than the many I've tried thus far. When I master it I know I will change my business trajectory for the better. It is user friendly and integrates well with other viable systems.

1 ★ BT is hijacking email they consider as being from a BT lead and I consider a friend. To make it worse BT strips off email attachments. This means having to ask for attachments to be re-sent to email addresses unknown to BT. Very frustrating. BT was very uncooperative trying to resolve this. We currently have more than a dozen licenses with BT that we will be moving to a new CRM vendor 1st qtr 2020.

5 ★ The BT NOW app lets me follow up with leads and log calls and notes while on the go which is really helpful because you never know when you will have a lead come in. Boomtown is consistently updating their system as well to make sure that you can stay on top of leads and clients. Favorite part of the app is either the "waiting on you" seeing what is most urgent to get to or the insights showing which leads are interested in what homes

4 ★ the app is very easy and great to use! The only thing I don't like is that I can't always pick the drip I want to sometimes it limits me by the clients category. I also wish I could my emails before I send them using a template.

3 ★ loved the app even more before android did their last update . now the sharing preference has changed so the app doesn't record my calls on boomtown any more and while I'm on the phone with a potential lead, I cant look at their account anymore. I hope android changes their settings soon, I really loved using this app
