ABOUT EVENT: Surduk trek - Baranja is a lighter version orienteering, which brings us back to the beginnings of the sport orientation when maps were not accurate and with all the details of the terrain on which it moves. Easier just fit, while the strongest categories requires known more endurance and strength, and it can be characterized as ultra long orienteering! It is possible to move up in the group, and at the same time to run or walk fast. Besides the track can go on feet or mountain bike. The time of passage of the track is limited to 12 hours. On the track have refreshments points (3-4) in which you their local products (juices, wine, brandy, cakes, fruits and many others) offer (s) small producers from family farms. This form of points for refreshments is the product of cooperation with the LAG Baranja, which promotes the values of the rural area of Baranja and we want our competitors from all over to offer something special, home. In memory of our race, each competitor receives a T-shirt with the logo of the race at present, and while waiting for the proclamation will be served a meal.
Required equipment that athletes wear is: compass, map (obtained from the organizers), the control card (obtained from the organizers), water or isotonični beverage, food (energy bars, gels ...), mobile.
