Sherlock Bike 2.4.8 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

1 ★ App seems fine, but don't understand why the company doesn't respond to emails, so if the device breaks, there's nobody to contact. Can't recommend.

1 ★ the app is fine but the product is rubbish, doesnt update as often as it says it will (if at all) I have my tracker on theft mode at work currently and I "stole" my bike at 8.50. it is now 12.09 and sherlock still thinks the bike is at home! I have contacted sherlock for a refund

1 ★ Avoid. I've had two sherlock devices and both have ceased functioning within two months. Customer service going round in circles so I'll take the £150 hit for a device that is now useless. Avoid, just buy a big lock instead.

1 ★ Sherlock does not activate when moved. Does not send low battery updates. Battery power always says 1% even after charging a whole night. Do not get a notification that Sherlock is fully charged.

1 ★ Doesn't track at all. when I'm out it has fixed position at my home address and never moves. Expensive piece of plastic!🙄 Now I can't even sign in to the app!

1 ★ totally rubbish device and worst company I have every deal with in my life I recieved faulty device in March until today I didnt get my money back. When I am trying to contact nobody answer.looks like that I have lost my money and been cheated but I will not gona leave like that I will prosecute to make this fake company gone

1 ★ The costumer service did contact me. I told them I wanted to return my device but they won't reply. Stay away from them.

1 ★ Cannot update the Sherlock or connect to it. It just stopped working with the app. No matter whether outside or what distance it is from my device, the Sherlock does not work. Also the app does not send an email when trying to reset password. I contacted you already, why can't you reset my password? Don't tell me to contact you and then do nothing, FIX MY PASSWORD PLEASE!!!

2 ★ Well the accuracy of the device is not good enough for me to continue using, and to prevent me from advocating to cycling enthusiasts, and my cycling customers. I tested the tracking feature in my city in upstate NY. The reported location of my bike was several blocks away from the true location. A peace of mind for me in my city is within a consistent report of 100ft of accuracy. Please make the location reporting in the states reliable and accurate enough to make a recovery possible.

1 ★ False alarms, inaccurate positions, extremely slow. So this is my second day with Sherlock and so far I've gotten 5 false alarms while in the office. My bike didn't move at all. When I ride my bike it triggers the theft mode. Isn't it supposed to know that it's me on the bike when I have my phone with me? Do I have switch the toggle every time I lock the bike?? It takes 30 seconds every time. On top of that the position is very inaccurate. How are the police supposed to find my bike like that? I bought two devices and it's useless.

1 ★ Spent over $150 to get the Sherlock which I was very excited for, and it won't even connect via bluetooth in the app. At this point in development this shouldn't even be an issue. The Bluetooth on the Sherlock itself works, but I can't do anything with it because it requires a pin. Not impressed. Edit: I know the default pin is 123456. What I'm saying is that it will not connect through the app. It is not connected to my phone, and it can't connect to my phone anyway.

4 ★ Hi every body, dont use the metherd sherlock have told you it dont work...try this scan barcode first get iem number mine was diffrrant to whats on the box...delete the app & reinstail, scan in blue tooth for you tracker so that it logs your tracker in bluetooth, Reinstail your sherlock app & log in & start again dont scan the barcode for iem, turn the box around & scan the sqaure check compatibility it will promt you to imput iem number manualy put the iem number you scaned if differant from the box & it should start to load your tracker ive done mine & it is now working fine.dnt like the fact it works of blue tooth tho it worked of location only before.
