5 ★ I like the whole experience of this app, The concept of getting all the unreachable eating places under one umbrella....
3 ★ The design of the app is poor. Cant search by cuisine.. or dish.. just a long list to scroll down. Many good restaurants are also missing.
2 ★ App has to be much more user friendly. Restaurent list scroll down ചെയ്തു താഴേക്ക് ചെന്നു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ, restaurent name type ചെയ്യാനുള്ള search option വരുന്നില്ല.

5 ★ I have used Uber, Swiggy, Zomato for the past many months. Big Bites works pretty good. Order placing functionality is smooth. Allows us to track driver in real time and call the driver as well from the App. Can place Delivery, Pick Up and Dine in Orders. In my humble opinion it's a great initiative for Kerala.

1 ★ Less offer and high delivery charges. Also some hotels need minimum 500 order value. And hotels only deliver within 2kms. Then for what is this app for?
