The apocryphal books (Greek: απόκρυφος; Latin: apócryphus; Portuguese: hidden), also known as Pseudo-canonical books are the books written by Christian communities and pre-Christian (ie, there is apocryphal books of the Old Testament) in which pastors and the first Christian community did not recognize the person and teachings of Jesus Christ and therefore were not included in the biblical canon.
