Description
Sign in with your VIVACOM mobile number or enter an email and password. If you sign up for the first time, you will receive a confirmation SMS. On the Home screen, you'll see the current status for the mobile service you're using. Check remaining minutes, MB or SMS any time. You can activate and deactivate a roaming service and add more minutes, MB and SMS to your mobile plan. You have access to a list of all your services.
No more overdue bills! The application informs you in time. You can pay with a few clicks. You have an archive of your accounts and quick access to invoice downloads.
The application is suitable for all VIVACOM customers.

1 ★ They cannot fix online purchases few months already.
2 ★ Terrible: Charges to speak to a consultant; Lack of ability to check your calls for your monthly invoice; 24/7 support is not 24/7; I am paying for 100mbs speed internet connection and it is 50mbs instead... This apps has literally not functionality. Biggest operator with the worst servicing. All the apps of Vivacom are terrible.
2 ★ Was OK until a recent update. I used to be able to check all services in the app; 2 phones, TV and Internet. Now, all I can get information on is the main phone number
1 ★ Rarely functioning after un update. The app wouldn't start at all after it has been updated. I need to wait WEEKS until it can reboot and function, but then it's slow, won't allow me to pay bills or check them. EDIT: after the latest design update the app just doesn't start, my device is Huawei p20 Pro. No actual feedback from the company, wrote to the customer support and they said they are not aware of any payment issues in the app, which sadly doesn't even function.
3 ★ When I open the app while connected to 4G I get a message "For the optimum experience please connect to Vivacom 4G"..... What kind of a joke is this?
1 ★ Is awful, buggy and intentionally lackng functions. I would rate the company policies as doggy. They make money through micro charges that they hope you don't notice and it's a hustle to turn off, like fun call and "additional services" <- that's in my bill! Details on your charges are really hard to turn on, you can't turn off automated functions that charges your credit, the app keeps on logging out, in order to see your bonuses you need to login with email and the default is with your number.
4 ★ Very good app. There is one problem, the viva club card always disappears from the app and is not visible while you get message that you don't have any activated card.
1 ★ The app is not even opening anymore and honestly this was the only thing holding me from dropping Vivacom for good. Would not recommend neither the app, nor Vivacom in general. Edit: After several tests I realized, tghey designed the app to not work on older android versions so buckle up guys - if your phone is not able to upgrade and you want to use the app - you will have to buy a new one.. :)
1 ★ Hate the new look...and also the limited functionality.
1 ★ After the introduction of the new and quite inapt logo, the app crashes every time I try to start it. It would be nice if the company focused on performance instead on unsuccessful design experiments. Thank you.
4 ★ It's a good app, but there is a small problem, every time when I wanna charge my card, says that you paid already. But atleast is a good app
4 ★ The app is fine, but who was this "genius", that changed the Logo and the look of the app. From Oringe and fresh, one of the best icons at my desctop, become black...ha, ha, sad. This is the worse design decision, I've seen... Redicolus ?!?!?
1 ★ I absolutely despise this app, I have to try for hours to actually be able to check something in it or pay my bill, the rest of the time it just can't load.
1 ★ Dealing with primitive communication system. I paid for bussines to have all facility. Instead the app do not give me access to my account. I do not receive comm on my montly bill to pay. But more that that i have not the line and not possible to comm to vivacom.
1 ★ With each update it gets worse. EDIT: the link you send is not working, when I click on "contacts" section of your page nothing happens (the page simply reloads, I am not redirected)
