2 ★ Здравейте, исках да си букна билет от апликейшъна, при плащане накрая ми поискаха код който трябваше да взема от апликейшъна на кредитната ми карта. Влизам в него, взех кода и се върнах на българия ер на апликейшъна да го впиша за да платя, при което цялата до тук записана информация беше изчезнала и трябваше да буквам на ново. Как да си купи билет човек??? Моля оправете този проблем! Благодаря
1 ★ Смешно е да можеш да се чекираш онлайн само от определени летища. Уиз и Раян Ер ви надминават в това отношение.... пък уж те са нискотарифни... Стоя на опашка за check in повече от час в Барселона.
1 ★ Приложението е направено добре, от гледна точка на дизайн, но само толкова... Невъзможно е да си добавиш полет и да получиш мобилна бордна карта, тъй като се изисква captcha проверка, която дори и след преминаване през нея, не пренасочва към приложението.
2 ★ Приложението е доста бъгаво, няколко пъти трябва да въвеждам 10 пъти една и съща ВЯРНА информация, докато зацепи... Нерви, сбогом
1 ★ Пет минути не мога да разбера как да си изкарам бордната карта. Не препоръчвам.
