2 ★ Stupid and unreliable interface, but the TV works pretty well

1 ★ Constantly getting a "Maximum sessions reached", even though I use my account only on one device. I have to uninstall the app several times in order for it to work. I know what a generic application exception handling means, so this is bs. No "help", or "support" option on the app, which on a user perspective says "We don't care about you". And before you, A¹, respond with "we constantly improve whatever", this is a constant behavior for a service which I pay for.
2 ★ Love the app and the cast feature, but it is really buggy on handling sessions. Once the app hangs while casting to my TV, I cannot play the vid again due to "session limit" until some session timeout occurs on your servers. Really frustrating. There are no other devices with active sessions at the time, it is the same device with a dead session...
2 ★ Even the old version of the app is better... Very NON user friendly design. The app can be made much more simple, and some elementary options can be added on the right place. Too many unnecessary tabs and spam-like-information. And the final disappointment - this version does not work on all devices, instead of the old app. It gives error and "try later" every time. Also, practicality, this is not a FREE app, because I have paid to A1 Bulgaria to use this service. Please work on it harder...
4 ★ I like the application, but when it will be possible to install it on an Android TV and not to cast only with a chrome cast is not so convenient with it.
1 ★ Regression compared to the previous application (no Android TV support). I can understand that the team is working to improve it but I cannot understand 1. why you release an app with less functionalities, 2. Why you need so much time to bring them back and 3. why with the release of less mature application the use of the old (and more complete) one is blocked?
1 ★ Total trash. Nothing has changed for year and a half
1 ★ The constant updates make the app unusable. Edit: The other thing wrong with it is that the operator changes the programs which can be watched back. So NG is not available for a year with other programs to follow. The operator also constantly lies about Android TV integration. I would recommend to use other provider.
1 ★ Terrible! The most userunfriendly interface... After the update the app is hard to navigate, not intuitive and difficult to use. Also it does not work properly with Chromecast and I need to reconnect it every 10-15 minutes. I am really disappointed.
3 ★ Please make this run on android tv - this will bring television to a whole new level. Casting from the phone is not really an option, so i currently have to use the bulsatcom app which is very buggy and with limited functionality. Android TV is a big deal, please don't ignore it :)
1 ★ Cast button for chromecast does not appear and when it does it fails intermittently , cast quality is awful, full of crashes and errors over a 300mbps network! Use the vivacom app for a more pleasant experience.
1 ★ This app is working only when its deside it. Tried it on severel devices, works only on one of them. On the other, it's says either bad password or app error. Bring back the previous Austrian app. The Bulgarian one causes only headache.
1 ★ The previous version worked well, but this one is A DISASTER! Loading and freezing all the time! Unwatchable. NEEDS FIXING URGENTLY!
1 ★ The app says that I'm logged in into too many devices but when I log in through the only one device I'm actually logged in and try to delete all other devices it shows I'm logged in it says that they aren't logged in ... Ridiculous problems with this app
