2 ★ unterschiedliche rates können nicht eingegeben werden - kommt fehlermeldung. ticket eröffnet und umgehend meldung erhalten, dass ticket geschlossen wurde und programmierer sich irgendwann das Problem ansehen werden. warum gibt es dann überhaupt diese funktion in der app...
3 ★ Good so far on my samsung s7. It won't allow me to set rate 1/2 'days' in schedules so I can't save rate prices etc
4 ★ I like this app. I think it needs the addition of widgets to control the ComfortPlug. Rather than having to open the app then go to plugs, it would be better to use a widget.
3 ★ This app is missing a widget so you can monitor power levels on you home screen and it would be a much more functional app.
1 ★ When I gave my last review (3 stars), I reported a few bugs related to appliances. The team created a bug for my entire mail and because I didn't respond they just simply closed it while the bugs are still there. They must have thought I work for them... Anyway, I was assured that the total energy consumption surely works at all times and that I should trust it. However on my last two months a had a consumption almost 3 times what smappee reported, so not even that works... I paid more than 200EUR for something that is simply UNUSABLE ! Don't make the same mistake I did... it's a CRAPPY product... unfortunately :(
1 ★ Edit to add: charts rarely work and the app crashes frequently. The developers appear to have dug themselves into a hole. I'm still disappointed I spent money on this product. They updated the app, gee, it must be more than a year ago now, making the usage graphs virtually unreadable on the odd occasion that they actually load, which renders the app a lot less helpful and a lot more confusing than it was previously. While I hoped it was just teething issues that would be fixed, as the months drag on that hope is fading. Disappointingly the ios app is a lot more user-friendly/functioning so it seems android isn't a big focus for smappee. As it stands, the unit offers me no value and I regret purchasing it.
3 ★ Keeps forgetting the names of my appliances, and when I rename them, it forgets the training data. Lots of frustration ahead, this app is not ready to be out of beta yet.
5 ★ Works as expected- wonderful with grid tie solar
1 ★ This app does not work for the smappee gas and water meter. There is no local retention or cloud sync of meter usage data. This a known issue with no eta or workaround to resolve. Only suggestion offered by support is to return the meters. Support ticket 24025.
4 ★ I love this device. It has helped me understand my electric usage. However since the last app update the app is not showing my activity and can't connect to my wifi.
4 ★ Love the concept. After Smappee has discovered most of my appliances, it is now struggling with the last 20%. The rates also do the seem to work. I have entered the two different rates in the system, under usage it only ever shows "rate 2" and ignores the other one.
3 ★ Whilst functioning reasonable well for the most part, this app seams unloved by the author. The IOS app being far more functional... And works.. So here's the main failings I've found so far... (All on a sumsung galaxy tab s2) Fails to start if held in portrait. Appliances do not appear on appliance page(edit,they do you have to click on the blank area at the top). On usage page, day/month day no is overwritten by icon. As I said before, the apple IOS app seems far more fully featured and is loved, unlike this one.

2 ★ App is buggy and needs alot of work to become fully functional. Charts don't work, and plenty of other features need ironing out.
3 ★ Requires lots of bugfixing. How to display temperature as on screen shot? That is fake
