Thanks to the my scarlet app, you can check both the included usage and the out-of-bundle usage.
For your mobile subscriptions:
- your available calling minutes (national and roaming in the European Union)
- your available data volume
- the number of text messages sent
- the amount of your out-of-bundle usage
For fixed subscriptions:
- your used data volume
- the number of minutes called
- the amount of your out-of-bundle usage
You can also see the amounts of your latest invoices.

1 ★ Very bad experience after the last update. Even customer service number did not answer. I had an account via scarlet website & my scrlet App Now after updating nothing work Many time trying everything but just wast the time.
1 ★ Useless app i can't even connect to my Scarle client zone because I can't even create one account it doesn't recognise my client ID number and the bill reference number . Sadly this provider is far from professional my Internet is 5mbps like all the time
1 ★ Not happy with Conditions Display. Important Conditions are not mentioned clearly on Website. I was charged extra money for cancelling subscription in less than 6 months for LOCO Internet. ---------- Application should be in English Language aswell.

1 ★ Cannot use this app to check my internet consumption. I only have Scarlet internet (no mobile/landline, no TV).

4 ★ Does what it says but could be much improved and better. Could include the trio pack management and give the possibility fo changing the options of the mobile subscription.
1 ★ When installing the app it works for a while. Thereafter it loads then closes itself. The workaround is to uninstall and install it back again: but then the process must be repeated every now and then. Please fix this! It's a drag...

1 ★ Wat is het voor onzin dat ik niet live mijn verbruik kan bekijken? Dat zou de bedoeling moeten zijn van zo'n app. Waardeloos. Overigens leeft heel dit bedrijf nog in de middeleeuwen.
1 ★ Als je van Mobile Vikings gaat naar Scarlet dan keer je terug naar het stenen tijdperk met deze app. Geen widget (!!), hele vreemde manier om aan te melden, súper basis interface, verbruik nakijken duurt lang om te laden, geen beheer van abonnement (of eender wat), geen live updates van verbruik, voelt erg amateuristisch aan... Kortom, nog véél werk aan de winkel!
