The application indicates via a very simple 5 color code the impact that a product can have on your health and on nature (Carcinogenic, Endocrine disruptor, Allergen, Irritant, Pollutant ...). The scoring method is based on the analysis of all the ingredients of a product. Each ingredient is assigned a risk level based on the state of science to date.

The app has a very large database that you can browse by scanning your products or performing text searches.
No barcode? You can also analyze a product using a photo of its list of ingredients. (useful for checking the composition of a product on an online sales site)

"Cosmetic Scan" is a 100% independent app. This means that product reviews and recommendations are made in a completely objective way: no brand or manufacturer can influence them in any way or other. In addition, the application does no advertising and all of its features are free.
