1 ★ Authentification par empreinte ne fonctionne plus avec la nouvelle version ? Pourquoi ? Ensuite vos développeurs ont trouvé utile d'empêcher le copier coller sur les champs de mot de passe. Super pratique avec un long mot de passe randomisé.
1 ★ Inutile, mon agence ne répond jamais au telephone, impossible de les rejoindre. Du coup j'ai essayé de commander mes vignettes en téléchargeant l'app mais l'app me dit que mon dossier est incomplet. J'écris donc un mail pour demander qu'on me l'envoi et j'ai aussi demander quelles assurances complémentaires optiques et dentaires existent. J'ai reçu un message automatique disant que je recevrai une réponse dans les 5j. 5j après je reçois un mail me disant de refaire ma demande sur un formulaire
4 ★ Permet de bien suivre les remboursements, ce qui est sympa. C'est seulement dommage qu'il n'y a pas toutes les fonctionnalités du site web qui est, selon moi, pas des plus intuitifs...

2 ★ Pratique pour voir ses remboursements mais... Je suis très confuse que lorsque je veux envoyer un message, ce n'est pas possible via l'application. Il faut se ré-enregistrer sur le site (?!) et puis faire la demande. Dites-moi, quel est exactement l'utilité de l'application alors si elle ne facilite pas la communication avec Partenamut ?
3 ★ Beau potentiel mais beaucoup de fonctionnalités sont manquantes par rapport à la version Web. Par exemple, impossible d'avoir ses messages et ses factures..
