Description
Compile your shopping list from the Colruyt and Bio-Planet range. You can pick up at more than 200 collection points. Moreover, you only have to pay for your reservation upon collection.
Main functions:
- With the extensive filter function and built-in barcode scanner, you can add products to your shopping cart in just a few clicks.
- Create personal lists or base your new shopping list on your last reservation.
- An intelligent search function.

2 ★ It's ok... But not as functional as I like. I prefer to make a list over several days and then put in the time and go get them. But my groceries disappear if I don't finish my list in a certain time which is crazy. I like to barcode scan, but I don't keep them...I scan and throw away. Then If I don't get it finished in time, I lose my list. That's ridiculous.
1 ★ Now was the chance to use it, during a crisis such as COVID-19. With ppl buying and hoarding it would've allowed ppl to at least buy groceries. But it fails miserably at that as it doesn't show any time that I can select. It only shows the time period for which it is al ready fully booked.
2 ★ It asks all time time to define a collection point and gets blocked at the postcode. Almost useless
1 ★ There is a bug. Cannot open app
1 ★ I don't know why if I create a list, I can only create separate ones for Collect&Go and BioPlanet via computer !! Even worse, BioPlanet products and lists don't seem to be visible in the app >_>
2 ★ As previously mentioned, the app turns to dutch each time I open it, though I 've configurated it in French. Per helpdesk, this is a known issue when your phone is set to English. Known issue that will be solved?
1 ★ Fantastic! I was in the middle of filling up the chariot and all of a sudden black screen, when it came back the chariot was empty... Needless to say I am uninstalling it right away 😣
1 ★ spent 30mins entering my groceries switching between keep and this app until all of a sudden, zap my basket was empty and the app had forgotten everything. the ui feels clunky and slow too. app is not of good quality
1 ★ Service is amazing, but when you go to collect, they don't accept cash, only cards 😒
3 ★ What's the use of this app when in the end, after filling your basket, they tell you that collect and go isn't available. In these days of corona they should invest in the collect and go service. Protect your customers and your personnel!
2 ★ Bad app. Slow, the basket feature doesn't work properly, doesn't accept changes.

3 ★ A rather confusing partitioning. I'm not sure how to get to the bioplanet catalogue and how to see the difference in the first place.
1 ★ I can't order from Bio Planet using this app. My shopping basket is also not in sync with the website. Can you please help and fix this?
