3 ★ They could have added more decorative implementation and fontstyles as it's very limited. But it's very simple and easy app to use. It's also very nice of them to promote 2 free cards for time like COVID. They can improve their UI & UX design when it comes to editing the pictures as a lot of things are not only limited but also how user access the app is not so user-friendly.
3 ★ The app is total garbage. If you try to go back it deletes the card, if you try to modify a photo in the app it disappears, and it never recognises addresses - meaning you'll put the address in and it'll say "This address is not recognised", and will then propose an alternative address which is, err ***exactly*** the same. Moreover it doesn't keep a record of sent cards so can you can modify and send basically the same one several times. Finally, it is dreadfully sluggish - and sometimes you have to press a button several times for it to work; in the "add address" part this results in it adding the same address several times when it finally reacts. The only thing that makes this embarrassingly painful app worth using is that the final product - the actual postcards - are really very nice and are of good quality and shipped and received quickly.
2 ★ Excellent thought, sending a postcard with own picture but make sure to have all addressees included from the start. Even within the max limit of days mentioned on the website, re-sending the same card to a different addressee does not work "sorry a technical issue, try again later" 5 days in a row.... True shame. Did not expect this to be a very unusual request....
2 ★ The idea of the app is great but several features are missing. When editing the text you wrote you have to write it all again. When sending to more than 1 person you can afterwards not see to whom you sent it. Never managed to send to the UK but wirhout any problem foe FR, CH or MEX. You cannot export/import adresses. But quality of cards sent is OK and they arrived on time. For ordering you have to click too often to confirm you will use 1 credit.
2 ★ Good but not to the end. Setting up the postal card, pictures and so on works perfectly. But what a hell when it is time to pay. 9 syntax errors (problem with a traceback?), and finally when payment page is loaded : logos of the options to pay disappear. The payment step should be easy to use, modern, fast and ibspire trust and it is none of them. Too bad, 4he idea of the app is good though.
2 ★ Issues I had with the app : ** Cannot add address from address book (app full crash. already reported to devs) ** Adding an address manually requires a network connection to find the city matching your postcode....but then it asks for the city...and it requires an internet connection to check for the corresponding postcode ** Edit button on the postcard deletes the existing message ** Cannot authentify with a google/facebook account when your session has expired (unless you go to settings, disconnect, reconnect) ** Can't access the gallery to replace a picture. Must delete it first. ** Why are there several buttons with the same purpose on the same screen ? ** App is sometimes recording presses with 5-10 seconds of delay. And while you're trying, the app is still recording presses ** No mirror filter in a photo handling app ? ** Too many confirmation screens to confirm you want to send the postcard. Also : tedious to add credits to your account
4 ★ In reality, the app itself is poorly designed and the service expensive, however the finished product was of excellent quality, delivery was fast, and they even apply a real Belgian stamp for a more authentic feel, even if I was actually visiting Malta!
2 ★ Sending my first postcard was an overall easy and fun experience, good basics of the app. However, I did get frustrated with some limitations of the app. The reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because uploading a video doesn't work, it gets stuck on a loading screen.
3 ★ Bad user experience design. Can't send multiple messages at once. Order process is more complex than it should be (too many redirects), good thing is that it keeps all addresses entered, but can't reuse photos taken before....
5 ★ Super easy to use. You choose your picture, add text or filter, write your message on the back and add an adressee, hit send, pay or entertainment promocode, done! Piece of cake! LOVE THIS APP.
2 ★ Nice try, but cannot change font types (limited to one ugly font). Cannot add multiple text fields to front pic. Cannot change city in an existing address. Too many bugs. Crashes.
1 ★ Terrible experience. You can't change the size of a picture nor move it around to center it the way you want. No preview anymore at the end before sending. A belgian joke.
5 ★ love it. perfect blend of old-fashioned surprise and contemporary ease of use. (no more "and do you sell stamps ?")
2 ★ A good idea but it doesn't work, Everytime I click on making a design and I want to choose photos there are no photos from my gallery only 11 photos from my gallery and the rest aren't
1 ★ Total incompetence, arrives a week late! What is the use of having the app if foreign shipping would be faster than local shipping! What else did I expect from the company that can not even deliver obituaries on time...
