1 ★ Playing on android tv. Freezes, crashes, controls not working. New updates... New bugs. Maybe Proximus is not capable of playing a movie on a mid-end projector...

3 ★ Okay-ish application... Too bad it can't be installed on an Android TV or Android TV Box (like the Nvidia shield). It had been announced on the forums that an Android TV compatible version would be released with the new V7 decoder but it's not there yet and no release date was given.

2 ★ It's incredible that this app doesn't have a search box to find channels quicker. You have to scroll and scroll to find them. Also, it doesn't have last channels viewed, so you don't have to go and find that last-accessed channel again. And finally, it doesn't have a favorites feature so that you can add only your favorite channels to this list. Other than that, channels play properly and look very good quality.

1 ★ That application is extremely slow and keeps crashing. I tried to record a TV show scheduled a few days later but I gave up.

1 ★ The new interface is harder to use, with the tv guide requiring some 30 swipes to get to 3 digit channels, and no search function in sight. It also removes useful, if rarely-used features, such as the remote control interface and the watch on tv button. To round it all up, the app also uses data while not in use (1GB in a night for no apparent reason). Worse than the previous version by any metric other than looks.

3 ★ It would be really nice to have a feature to automatically shut down the app after a given period (configurable) of inactivity. Like this: after 1h, if the screen/button has not been touched, display a message that the app will stop itself if nothing is done (touch screen/use volume button). It should be an option of course. Thank you!

2 ★ I have been trying to watch something a few times, but it is a bit hopeless... Streaming works well, and it is possible to watch live programs as well as those already broadcasted, but... Finding the channel is a nightmare - no favorites, no searching, no filtering (except arbitrary few filters that are pre-set). After scrolling for minutes through the list of channels, I gave up.

2 ★ Again a lot of issues...This app was better before. Sad, please improve again. Looks like this here : in a lot of cases no reaction when trying to max. screen or reposition at particular point in recording. After a while you get a popup where you can close app or wait. The app also doesn't recall where you stopped watching a recording you partly viewed earlier, very annoying.Moreover it is very hard to reposition at right spot then, please add functionality to REW/FF in blocks of 10 or 30 secs

1 ★ You already have to be determined to watch a show, because the app barely works. navigation is sluggish and the "live tv" overview gets stuck. Chromecast kind of works but app gets unresponsive after a while (just a black screen) so you need to kill it and restart it, just to stop the chromecast. If stream halts, it may forget your position and restart, with _no_ way to fast forward. You really think I'm gonna watch half that movie _again_? Maybe it works better as bait for a hardware decoder.

1 ★ This has to be the worst app of Proximus... so far Feedback to Pickx-App team: Many times I couldn't log on, even after assistance by the helpdesk. When I could logged on, it was possible to use the app and it was responsive, no issues here 👍 I could select a program and play it. The thing is, most of the times the app crashed after 1-20 minutes. The only solution was to try to log on again, which was nearly impossible; casting to chromecast failed everytime. I use a stock Android 10 btw

1 ★ App is no longer compatible with Android TV. So forget watching Proximus onbuour TV. INCREDIBLE that such a big company does not has its app compatible. Yes I use the APK from the phone, but it worked before. Now it doesn't. VTM GO had an Android TV app!!! Why not Proximus. Maybe it is time to leave Proximus and go to another phone company. This really sucks, especially if you pay 100+ Euros a month and you can not see tv in your second home.

3 ★ The tv guide doesn't give you an overview of what's airing (it did in the past)... Not practical Edit: Thanks for the feedback, however, I actually meant that you don't have a grid to compare multiple channels at once, it was pretty useful in the previous app versions.

1 ★ Like few other remarks beneath reinstalled it so many times deleted cache but cant log in. On browser works fine. Reported it month ago still nok!

4 ★ Updated: Initially there were issues that now seem to be addressed with the combination of latest app update and OS update. Would be nice to have a search function for channels and shows and also potentially the option to operate your phone as a remote for the digicorder.
