Follows from the formula: 70 x (65 - 45) / 45, yielding 31.11 liters of distilled water necessary for dilution of the distillate volume 70 liters 65% by volume to the desired volume of 45% vol.

The contraction of volume is not calculated. If you want the number to date values ​​can be found from Platoovih table, multiply the required amounts of distilled H2O (here 31.11) and divide by 100. These two volumes add up and get the required amount of distilled H20 count with contraction.
