Dr. Mohammad Moein was born in the clerical family of the first graduate of the Faculty of Literature of Tehran University on the ninth of the spring of 1297 AH. His father, Sheikh Abulqasim, and his father, Sheikh Mohammed Taqi Moin Al-Alma, and his father, Sheikh Mohammed, were both clerics. But three months later, Dr. Mohammad Moein's body was brought to Iran at the same time and taken care of at Firoozgar Hospital in Tehran for nearly four years.
