1 ★ Total Garbage after trying to logon to my existing account with no luck. Why did Digicel update a perfectly working app for this one that is asking we to pay for live TV. I wish the developers would listen to their customers.

1 ★ Not working. Logged in and not working. The live TV section is telling me to buy a PLayGO plan. I thought I would have been able to watch live tv included in my PLAY package, like before. And yes I do have digicel internet too. Its on the My Digicel already and still the same thing. Cant get this thing to work. I inked my account to mydigicel but its not just working. I have seen others saying the same thing. Why cant you fix the problem?

1 ★ This app is garbage. You can't connect to watch live channels like you used to before. Now it's redirecting you to playgo. Don't see the purpose of this app on the play store. Wish I could give this quarter star.

1 ★ Terrible app. App does not work on phone or tablets. Keeps asking for log in credentials but keeps saying "logging failed please try again". My login credentials are correct yet I cannot log in on my tablet or phone to watch. FIX ASAP🙄😑🤬 THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR 2 WEEKS NOW.

1 ★ This is possibly the worst app in existence today. I would even give it 1 star!!!! The channel icons have no picture, you cant rewind the shows, cant record to digicel dvr and it CRASHES periodically!!!! Digicel has outdone itselt !!!! BIG thumbs down!!!!

1 ★ App does not work...firstly you changed the app when it was working fine...You logged in with your account number and presto your channels...now this system you have you see no channels no nothing it's awful...fix it please

1 ★ Not able to log on easily, not able to rewind, channels not easily accessible! While the look is trending it should be more user friendly, can't juggle between channels!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

1 ★ I'm sorry but this is not what I signed up for. The multiscreen app initially allowed you to look at all your TV channels on your phone or tablet. The play go app (which I have already) does not give you all of your channels. You guys need to either improve on the initial app ( which had it's issues) or stop offering this multiscreen option as part of the package because it doesn't do what it is made for.

1 ★ So I finally redownloaded the multiscreen app thinking it'll do what is was doing before the android updates. It did nothing but ask me to log in, when I finally did I was expecting to watch live TV just like the old days but now it's telling me I have to buy a play go package. I uninstalled it. I'll check back in a year when it's updated again. Imagine I'm already paying for the TV and Internet package and now you want me to pay to view it on my mobile lol. You guys got jokes 🤣

2 ★ The older version was much better, with it you can watch All the channels on your package that you're paying for rather than just the few, that this newer version allows you to. Unsure if this is an issue or by design, but we should be able to view all the channels on our package that we're paying for with the app. Also the older version allowed you to sync up your favourites selection that was on the cable box. The lack of that option is disappointing.

2 ★ Cannot rewind as with former app. WHY? Others have asked the same question with no response. Again, WHY?

1 ★ Doesn't work most times. Also, poor GUI.

1 ★ Not working. We've waited so long to access the multiscreen on newer Android platforms and it still doesn't work. Type Status Report Message Could not verify the provided CSRF token because your session was not found. Description The server understood the request but refuses to authorize it.

1 ★ Prefer the older version where I can fast forward or rewind. Hate this version.

2 ★ It is working but whenever I pause then play, it skips. How do you rewind?
