1 ★ very disappointed, trial was okay, then paid for the app and won't even progress past the login screen, very poor performance and I am on a high speed wifi connection, tried different phones and gives error messages about invalid charector format when trying to login via Facebook and then the one time it did login it just sat there on a loading screen, I would hate to be trying to use this app when actually needed considering how poorly it works in a capital city,
5 ★ Got myself into trouble when I downloaded the app (updated) onto another device and operating platform. My original app onthis device decided it was not going to work. Follow up and assistance from the team CAW was first class. Helped through the problems, no fuss and great customer relations. Well done
5 ★ Im very impressed with the app. Especially the filter options and fuel locations and prices. I've been travelling for the past 2 months, my only regret is not downloading the app sooner. Well worth the fee.
2 ★ I downloaded the maps. Paid for the app. But app does not start when I am out of service or off line. I have to start the app while still in service. Sort of useless if I can't see where to camp if I am in the middle of nowhere...

5 ★ Great app, we have always found a great spot to camp with accurate directions to get there using this app.
1 ★ Unable to sign in. Keeps asking for password after it has accepted one then asks for another on the subscription page. A bit confusing.
1 ★ Sneaky way of getting payment. Not even the advertised free trial unless I commit to ongoing yearly payment. I'll uninstall and keep using wikicamps thanks

1 ★ Advertise as free trial... but Yeah, fine, they'll tell you that you're able to cancel anytime in your first 7 days, but without first providing your payment details you can't even get a look at the app and what you're signing up for. Very sneaky tactic asking for payment details first. If your app is worth the money, why not do a proper, free 7-day trial without the risk of losing $$ should you forget to cancel?
5 ★ Following my purchase of Camps I had difficulty downloading updates to my Samsung S8 phone and tablet. After sending an email for assistance I was pleasantly surprised to receive an immediate reply, followed by a phone call, which sorted the problem out. A good App and excellent customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending this App.
5 ★ App will not auto rotate. any suggestions. Samsung galaxy tab a 8". I have since been in contact with Campsaustraliawide by email and I got a very speedy response. They have assured me this will be fixed in a future update. Other than this minor problem I find the app easy to use and will just rotate the tablet for now.
5 ★ A bit hesitant to pay the $10 subscription fee but it is well worth it for one year subscription. You pay more for a meal at a fast food place. This app is very informative with filters in the search to find exactly what you are after. It tells the fee for camping there (a section is there to update if need be), it also has distance from your location. You can also download maps for offline touring.
4 ★ I was having the issue of not being able to access the app after the subscription renewal. I have since been contacted by the developer and my issue has been resolved. They further provided information that the latest version being released will resolve this issue. Also it sound as though there are some very useful additions coming in the updated version/s.
