1 ★ Adelaide Metro buses are never on time,they are always late and if they come early they don't wait for people who are a couple minutes away, which sucks because we try to get there on time most of the time it's 5 minutes early and it never waits. Sometimes it'll show a time on Google maps but It will change on the website half way through our journey.

3 ★ updating my review. Journey planner isn't easy to use, so I just go to google maps for directions, but if you have a few stops you frequent often, favourites is very helpful. Real time arrivals are often inaccurate still, but I'm not sure this is the apps fault.

1 ★ the amount of times I've given this app another chance, it spits it back in my face... telling me there's no more buses for hours. well, as I set here on the one of many buses that is absent for this garbage app, writing this review, I assure you, i will never waste my time again

3 ★ Not too bad, needs clearer instructions. Wish I could view and manage my metro card on MetroMate, would make so much sense and make life a lot easier.

2 ★ is there a way to view more than the first 5 journeys? i need to see well in advance my journey. Inputting the end journey time every time to get later journeys is annoying, please show like, all of them. it ain't that hard coding-wise. anyway, it's okay. been using this since i got in adelaide. could be worse. could be better

3 ★ was good but just this week it's not showing how far bus is away from my bus stop. And dose'nt say if bus is delayed and the time it will come of it's not going to be on the schedule time.

1 ★ can not find how to get the tram from Botic Garden to Glenelg. it says walk to rundle mall n King Will. when there is a tram at the Bot.Gdn stop. I had to get help to find how to enter a destination point. Now I can't figure out how to reverse the start and end points. so Not user friendly!

1 ★ the last route i request stay s in place even when done To get a new route from app requires one to have an address. ie location doesn't work. There needs to be a map showing where other bus stops are. I was unable to walk from Rundle street Kent Town to Botanic road in time to get the bus suggested. When i miss a connection the app doesn't tell me what bus to next catch.

4 ★ Needs to have an option to display metro card balance and manage it. When those features become available. Then I'll give it 5 stars

3 ★ I work 300m from the train station and the estimated times of leaving to make the train are supremely optimistic. you have to jog plus get fortunate with the lights to make the train by seconds.

1 ★ Keeps forgetting the stops recorded. Has for months. Using App WhereDaBus is better once you know your route and stops.

2 ★ Reg'larly falls over, unreliable works fine for a couple weeks that goes to hell. developers ask idiotic questions. You report an issue telling them what you have done, they then respond asking you if you have done what you have just told them you have done! Seriously no idea!

1 ★ Cannot see before current time and it relies on buses having Gps turned on. Bus show and then disappear. They need to be fined when it is not turned on. Going back to paper timetables. Takes so long ro load gone past the stop i was checking. going back to google

3 ★ Average App - deletes all my journeys once I save them which is becoming an ongoing issue. Apart from that the times are accurate and it's quite used friendly.

1 ★ I used to have a wonderful app that told me not only the due time of a bus but also how late it was running. Is metromate ashamed of how often it runs late that it is hiding this information from us? I hope I find a better app soon.
