Description
Key features include:
· Register and sign in via email or social for quick access to parking. Sign in to all Wilson Parking accounts using a single log-in. One account log-in will be all you need to use the App, Online Booking or Wilson Parking Account.
· Find and search parking on the app’s map, more easily access car park details and prices available so you can choose the perfect park.
· Upgrade to a permanent bay when you subscribe through the app
· Store credit card details to complete payments faster.
· Choose from previous favourite parking options remembered by the app, which lets you complete bookings or pay for your parking in as few as 3 taps.
· Follow directions provided by the app for the fastest route to your park.
· More easily view and manage account details, past transactions and future bookings.

1 ★ I have booked twice online and have been charged extra because the system didn't pick up my booking when I tapped to enter the car park! I prepay book for $15 dollars in app then at the gate be charged an additional $15 - $30. NO one has responded to my email, this is incredibly frustrating.
1 ★ I usually love this app and it's easy to book. After it updated yesterday it's been declining every attempt I make to book. Never had this issue before and I have the funds in my account. Please fix this.
1 ★ Used this app multiple times before. Always happy with the results. Today it declined my booking, without allowing me to find out the reason why.
1 ★ They make it as difficult as possible to find the best price. Wilson Parking have a monopoly on the market so they do all they can to rip you off and give you the worst customer service.
2 ★ Calling customer care button doesn't work also sending a support request button doesn't do anything. Should be able to use app on its own or with NFC to open boom gate rather than a physical card.
1 ★ Frustrating system that doesn't update instantly buy makes you wait 30mins to an hour before actually updating their systems to confirm your booking. If my money disappears straight away, my booking should be updated straight away.
1 ★ I have sent a couple of emails to them already about the app not letting me book & declining my card & then when I use my club card get charged a ridiculous amount for casual parking. No longer using this app or parking service if I don't get some response from them soon
1 ★ forced to use this app as per signage but can't pay as it's not in the location. poor excuse for app still had to use pay parking machine. Wilson's should be embarrassed to put their name on it.
5 ★ easy to use and app. hassle free entry and exit. always find carpark layouts are spcious unlike some other cramped parks in the city.
