2 ★ Worst app compared to all other slams. Takes too long to load and crashes frequently. The layout is very elementary and doesn't provide links to more information, such as learning about the player during the match. You have to get out of the score section and go to the player section. Even there the info is paltry. Do better next year.
2 ★ I am just confused why this app is not any better than it is. So many quality of life things/things that would make it more useful and intuitive are not there. Dont understand for a major how they dont just invest in some research and developers, get a solid set up and roll with it each year. It cant be that expensive because it would be the same skeleton each year. Wish there was a better app to follow the open with.
2 ★ Looks great but Very slow. Like last year the announcement of scores and results are given backwards in regards to the favorite players your selected. Ex, if I've selected Federer as my fav player, I'll be alerted that his opponent loat a set to him and given the score as if his opponent is my favorite player. Good app overall, looks great, poor reaction and load times as a result. Updates for favorited players and matches have stopped, just now gave me a completely wrong score for a match 🙄
2 ★ Not responsive; freezes regularly; scores behind real time (when it's not freezing); can't filter women's or men's or doubles scores... I really don't get how these tennis majors can get their apps so wrong. Wimbledon app ain't perfect, but you guys should try to emulate.
2 ★ Slow to open, terribly insensitive to touch, unintuitive format, "listen" not next to "watch", what the heck is "what's on"?, Swipe left to look at next option but app goes back to the first one. I'd hoped the update I found today had all bugs erradicated. Nope, same junk.
1 ★ Not a lot of improvements from last year.. still not very user friendly. Extremely confusing to navigate and feels clunky. I'm also experiencing a lot of lag when scrolling through matches on my pixel 6. I do like the draws system though but that's also a little buggy.
5 ★ While it has its quirks, this is the best app for any Slam. I can't speak to the in-person features, but from home I love the ease of navigation, not having to scroll all the way back down if I look at stats for one match, and the alert customization.
4 ★ On the plus side, it has user-friendly design and nice look. However, it crashes a bit too often and does not contain the draws in pdf format. Still, it's way better and more reliable than ATP/WTA one.
2 ★ I can't get the radio to play. Every year, the French and A0 have the worst apps. The FO is the worst. I sent them an email that Naomi OSAKA is not listed so I can make her one of my favorites. She still is not listed. Nadal is listed, and he is not even playing!! 🙄🏓😕😠 I guess she will be listed when the do the draws. I will check again next week.
1 ★ Keeps crashing. When it is on, things load slowly. Not a great deal of functionality.
3 ★ The maps are terrible tried to move around and just not working. Loved everything else though.
3 ★ Drains my phone battery and some parts keep flashing when it's not suppose to. Otherwise informational and useful.
1 ★ What happened to in-match push notifications at the end of every set? I only get one before the match starts, and another one after it is finished, and that one is even without the score???!!!
2 ★ Internet constantly dropped out on site, so unable to access app data. Only fix was to restart phone.
3 ★ Overall a decent app for a tournament, when the notifications for work - which they aren't this year.
