2 ★ Was working fine until a few weeks back. When I tried to log in, it said my username or password were incorrect. Used the exact same login details to sign in on the website and it worked perfectly.
1 ★ Everything was alright until I was told to change the password for the desktop site. After that I couldn't log in to this mobile app. Uninstalled an reinstalled 4 times and still nothing work. I can't be post this post without giving it a rating. 1/8 ⭐.
1 ★ Was able to login until a couple of weeks ago. Now I can't access. My password and details haven't changed. So what's the problem. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it. Nothing changed.
1 ★ Very frustrating as it says my password has been expired and asked me to reset. I called Star It service desk and they reset the password for me but it still displays the same dialog box which says my password has been expired and to reset it.

2 ★ Great for rosters but can never get my pay slip. Every fortnight have to delete and reinstall app. Please fix!!!!
