1 ★ I used to be able to simply book a cab with this app. Now I need to register and give my email and credit card details. Talked to the call centre and they suggested it was for marketing purposes. I thought ss was premium. For shame.
1 ★ Couldn't get it to work. Silver service doesn't seem to send a text for code.
1 ★ No longer can book on the app if paying with cab charge - have to go direct to the firm instead. Sadly have had to delete it
2 ★ Does the job of booking 13 Cabs well but can't add a credit card to wallet in this app (the same card works fine, at the end of the trip, using Google Pay) Also don't understand why there are 2 different apps, this and 13Cabs app, for the same service
2 ★ The app is very glitchy. crashes & signs you out constantly. can't easily choose/swap which card to pay on as it goes to a default. otherwise it's easy to book & set up your profile
1 ★ Rubbish app takes ages to book a cab and doesn't even use drivers close by and aren't exclusively booking silver service as 13cabs ordinary cabs have arrived. Also now want cc detail can get farq what happens if people want an option to pay by cash in emergency. Your supposed to add things and make things more convenient not the opposite and don't use covid as an excuse I'll also you.
3 ★ It often is slow or non-responsive... have to close and re-open to see if Taxi has been booked or if driver is on the way.
1 ★ This app allows the user to book a taxi at a designated the night before travelling to the airport and then the taxi does not arrive at the time specified making the passenger late to catch a plane, fix your booking system to ensure taxis arrive at a booked time
1 ★ App won't work again after first use. Works fine if I uninstall and then reinstall but fails again second go around. Bit of a shame tbh.........
2 ★ Latest version Aug/Sep 2018 is failing to deliver. Double bookings, cabs not turning up. Hope SS can fix
5 ★ NOTIFICATION: it should have been advised previously by cab industry, and it probably was, however we all busy and don't keep up with the news. There is still Silver cabs on the road advertising silver service, however that structure of cabs is now obselete. It's all 13Cabs now, and I wouldn't be surprised if they fail because their structure isn't working for customers, nor their drivers but they ignore everyone.
1 ★ Allowed cab 7 minutes away to take booking and then as we saw him drive the wrong way and start heading away from us I received "The Network is Down". Since we had already passed on two available silver service cabs we flagged down the next one and just took him.
1 ★ So slow and crashes every single time without fail. GPS tracking in the app also chocolate teapot
3 ★ Poor taxi drivers they don't get all the info thus have to ask where ur going even though it's inputed. Service is then reduced for me as customer
3 ★ Basically did it's job, but crashed and was very slow signing in.
